RETURN POLICY

Ultimate Direction accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund at the time of return only with a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.

Please email or call us at 1.800.426.7229 (M-F 8AM - 5PM MST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number Please have your Order ID ready or included within your email.

Return Policy:

• All returns must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
• All products must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included
• Ultimate Direction will only honor returns for orders placed on www.ultimatedirection.com
• Return turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
