RETURN POLICY

Ultimate Direction accepts merchandise returns within 60 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund at the time of return only with a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.

Please email or call us at 1.866.374.6563 (M-F 8am - 5pm) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (Please have your Order ID ready or included within your email).

Return Policy:

• All returns must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
• All products must be returned within the original or unopened condition
• Ultimate Direction will only honor returns for orders placed on www.ultimatedirection.com
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of defective merchandise
• Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems
• Return turn-around time is approximately 3-weeks
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
• All returns must be sent back to Ultimate Direction via UPS or Fed-Ex (Please keep your tracking number for your records)
