Amelia Boone

Known as "The Queen of Pain," Amelia is a 4x world champion and one of the most decorated obstacle course racers in the world. Her accolades include winning the Spartan Race World Championships and being the only 3x winner of the World's Toughest Mudder. In recent years, Amelia transitioned from obstacle racing to ultrarunning, tackling unique events such as the Barkley Marathons and Big’s Backyard Ultra (and usually failing miserably along the way). In addition running, she enjoys being a terrible mountain biker and overplanning long bikepacking trips. Outside of sport, Amelia is a full-time attorney and a staunch mental health advocate, speaking publicly about her ongoing journey through eating disorder publicly. She believes Pop-Tarts are the best pre-race food and that pants are the worst invention ever.

Favorite Race/ Trail/ Route: World's Toughest Mudder; Four Pass Loop in Aspen or any section of the Colorado Trail; the San Juans, but really any mountain range will do.
