WARRANTY INFORMATION

Ultimate Direction guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Damages due to accident or improper care will be repaired at a reasonable rate. Products sent for repair must be cleaned prior to sending. Please keep the reservoir/bottle unless it is the part that needs to be repaired.

Warranty Returns for U.S. Customers

For the quickest service, please follow these instructions:

  • Complete the Customer Repair Request form, print and enclose in the box with the item(s) you wish to return. (Note: You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this form; if you don't already have it, you can download Acrobat free of charge. If you are unable to print this form, please include a handwritten letter providing us with the information requested on the form.)

  • Mark the affected area(s) with a rubber band or masking tape.

  • Pack cleaned items (see Cleaning Items for Repair below) in a sturdy box. Please use paper or bubble wrap as packing material. (please no packaging peanuts).

  • Please mail the item(s) to the Ultimate Direction Warranty Department at:

Timing For Repairs

During peak season (Mid-May thru September) repairs may take up to 4 weeks from the time they arrive at Ultimate Direction. Send your equipment in during the autumn or winter months to avoid this delay and to be sure your product is ready before your next trip.

Shipping Policy

Ultimate Direction covers the return shipping charges (UPS GROUND ONLY) for all items covered by warranty. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any parts or items not covered under warranty.

Cleaning Items For Repair

We require that all items being sent for repair must be clean. Items deemed insufficiently clean will be returned to the customer unrepaired.
